TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery

We strive to ship all items no later than 1-3 days after the order is completed. In the event that extraordinary long delivery times are expected on individual products, we inform the customer directly about this.

Only at the time when the goods ordered have come into the customer’s possession, does the responsability for the ordered goods’ condition transfer to the customer.

Products are subject to availability, and may be temporarily out of stock.

In the event that an item is sold out, the payment will obviously not be completed.

Return policy - Remember to inform us before returning goods.

We offer a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your goods.

The purchase can be reversed by denying receipt of the item (the buyer pays a charge for refusing reception), or by returning the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item and accept the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to the buyer's account excl. card fees, as well as freight and delivery costs for delivery and return.

Be aware that the item must be returned in complete condition. We will refund only to the credit card, used for the purchase. This is to avoid abuse of stolen credit cards.

Remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped.

The return of goods takes place at the customer's expense. Denied reception costs DKR 65.50 for packages between 0 and 1 kg, DKR 71.50 from 1 - 5 kg, and DKR 87.00 from 5 - 10 kg.

The return freight costs are deducted from the amount of the goods.

When returning - Do NOT return until you have contacted us.

Please do NOT return by letter, as the product may be damaged. Damaged goods will not be taken back.

Always remember that the product must be in a condition to be sold again. Also note that you have no insurance on an item that you are sending back as a letter.

We do NOT take back marinades that have been opened.

Returns of used goods within the cancellation period.

You, the customer has the right to test and inspect your purchase, so you can determine its nature and properties. This must be done in the same way that you would in a physical store.

If you choose to return a used item, Instant Taste ApS will assess the product's impairment.

In the event that the goods show traces of use, the item is deemed worthless, as we do not deal in used goods.

We believe a product to be used, when one or more of the following conditions apply: Wear and tear, general stains, cracks, grease, smoke odors, images on social media where the customer uses the product, or if the product has been washed/cleaned.

On www.forbrugerombudsmanden.dk the following is stated: "The user may only handle the product as one would in a store."

Complaints

All products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty, according to the Danish Purchase Act. The warranty means that as a customer, you may complain about any faults or deficiencies of the product, which occur within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Specifically, this means that as a customer of Instant Taste ApS, you may have the product repaired or replaced, or receive a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

This is of course on the condition that the complaint is justified.

The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by improper us, lack of normal maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Instant Taste ApS is not liable for direct or indirect losses due to the ordered goods arriving late to the buyer, or if the ordered goods have defects, when the delay is due to the buyer's act or omission, or circumstances which are beyond Instant Taste ApS' control, i.e. war, riots, fire, state interference, seizure, labor disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or the like.

Payment

All prices include VAT. We accept VISA, VISA Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB.

The card information, you enter when purchasing goods, will be sent directly to the QuickPay payment gateway in encrypted form (SSL), and only you and your bank will be able to monitor your input data. No one else will be able to see or store information about you.

Purchases made with Credit Cards will be deducted from your account, once the goods are shipped from Instant Taste ApS.

Freight.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs: DKR 50.00.
